He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Rinsch and June Rinsch (Stevenson); his son Lary Rinsch; and his siblings, Roy Rinsch and Carlena Rinsch.

He is survived by: his wife Josephine Riker; his sons, Gary Rinsch (Amy) of Flat Rock, Illinois, Jerry Rinsch (Michelle) of Flat Rock, Illinois and Johnny Rinsch (Tina) of Flat Rock, Illinois; his sister Jewel Ford of Flat Rock, Illinois; his grandchildren, Brandon Rinsch (Ashley) of Flat Rock, Cody Rinsch (Jayla) of Bridgeport, Jesse Rinsch of Lawrenceville, Dakota Rinsch of Charleston, Dillon Rinsch (Maddy) of Flat Rock, Blake Rinsch (Courtney) of Flat Rock, Wyatt Rinsch of Flat Rock, Illinois and Meghan Rinsch of Flat Rock, Illinois; and his great grandchildren, Rynleigh, Ainsley, Adeline, Harlow, Ellisyn, Avalynn, Kamryn, Leni and Carson.
