It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lavene Maxwell of Flat Rock, Illinois, who passed away on December 9, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Parker and Bernice Parker (Pinkstaff); her daughter Janet Maxwell-Culp; her daughter-in-law Cathy Maxwell; and her sister Lovone Kimmel. She is also survived by her family, tending to her parents and in-laws.
Memorial contributions may be made to the "Flat Rock First Missionary Baptist Church", with envelopes available at the funeral home.
