He was predeceased by: his wife Rita (Johnson); his sister-in-law Ella Tohill; and his great grandchildren, Parker Wayne Courtney and Jaythen Wayne Courtney. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Houghtaling, Orman "Okie", Mary Tohill, Kevin and Kim Tohill; his grandchildren, Kyle, Laura York, Zeb, Rachel York, Zach, Kendra Tohill, Candice, Amos Young, Gage, Jessica Tohill, Darcee, Adam Dunlap, Justin Courtney, Cora, Rich Nidey and Johnny Shook; his siblings, Kenneth Tohill and Vivian; his close friend Richard Wesley; and his pet Oreo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In honor of Keith's fight with the disease, memorial contributions may be made to the Lewy Body Dementia Association ("LBDA"), with envelopes available at the funeral home.
