He was predeceased by: his wife Pamela Jo Rich; his parents, Frank J. Phillippe and Freda Maxine Phillippe (Felton); and his daughter-in-law Robin Phillippe. He is survived by: his pet Bella; his children, Laura Phillippe, Jeff Phillippe, Tamara Dompe and Angela Ferguson; his grandchildren, Whitney, Savanah, Maddelyn, Jacob and Katelynn; his great grandchildren, Hayden, Raelynn, Evelyn and Larson Keith; his brother Gary Dean; his sister-in-law Debbie Phillippe; his sister Ada Correll; and his siblings-in-law, Phyllis, Mike McCammon, Brian and Marsha Rich. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the "VFW Transportation Fund", with envelopes available at the funeral home.
