She is survived by: her parents, Jeremy Stevens of Galveston, Indiana and Rachel Livesay (Jamie Carroll) of Flat Rock, Illinois; her brothers, Austin Blevins of Flat Rock and Alexander Stevens of Kokomo, Indiana; her grandparents, Alvin Stevens of Missouri, LaVonne Livesay of Lawrenceville, Illinois, Steven and Linda Blevins; her uncles, Josh Livesay (Amanda), Dalton Livesay and Matthew Stevens; her close friend Andrew Madden; and also Andy of Lawrenceville, Illinois.
