He was predeceased by: his parents, James Jelinek and Virginia Jelinek; his wife Beverly Jelinek; and his brother Steve Jelinek. He is survived by: his children, Eric Jelinek (Rachel) of Pontiac, IL, Chris Hogan of Pontiac, IL and Kellie King (Matt) of Towanda; his grandsons, Logan Byrd, Parker King and Tucker King; his siblings, Lorrie McCowan (Scott) of Kearney, MO, Linda Zink (David) of Polo, MO and Bruce Jelinek (Diana) of Polo, MO; and his sister-in-law Donna Jelinek of Plattsburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
