Raymond A. Carstens Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Raymond A. Carstens of Flanagan, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 9, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Carstens and Hazel Carstens (Jenkins); his daughter Robin Elizabeth; his brother Harold Carstens; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Carstens and Shirley Carstens.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Carstens (Durre); his children, Randy Carstens (Sandra) of Pontiac, IL and Bonnie Vollmer (Brian) of Bloomington, IL; his grandchildren, Cailyn Carstens, Emma Carstens and Brandon Vollmer; his brother Dale Carstens (Waynette Johnson); and his sister-in-law Norma Carstens.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Graymont, IL (201 Main St, Graymont, IL 61743).
Memorials in Raymond's memory may be made to the First Baptist Church of Graymont.
