It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis A. Carstens of Flanagan, Illinois, who passed away on December 1, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Park and Luella Park (Aden); her son Kevin Carstens; and her sister Jean Greening. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Carstens; her son Rodney K. Carstens (Brenda) of Flanagan; her grandsons, Jonathan K. Carstens (Lindsay) of Flanagan and Alan M. Carstens (Ashlee) of Long Point; her stepgrandchildren, Joe Ledford of Pontiac and Samantha Ledford of Flanagan; and her great grandchildren, Alivia Waschle and Owen Carstens.
