It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucy Lee Hilliard of Flanagan, Illinois, born in Mattoon, Illinois, who passed away on March 30, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Herron and Lucy Lee Herron (Barnhart); her husband James Palumbo; and her brother David Herron. She is survived by: her son Chris Hilliard of Flanagan; and her brother John Herron (Paula) of Mattoon. She is also survived by three grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
