With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edith Sikes (Flanagan, Illinois), who passed away on September 10, 2019 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Strong and Myrtle Strong (Ross). She is survived by: her children, Donnie Simmons (Carolyn), Scott Simmons (Rochelle Hines), Susan Dolan, Tracy Sikes (Christina) and Trina Sikes (Alan Wheat); her siblings, Dennis Strong, Gerald Strong and Sandra Mackey; and her significant other Gene Solot. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Memorials may be made to the McDonough District Hospital Hospice.
