We are sad to announce that on July 10, 2020, at the age of 97, Delbert J. Augsburger of Flanagan, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Augsburger and Mabel Yordy Augsburger; his wife Betty Jo Huddleston; his son Mark Augsburger; his daughter-in-law Leanna Augsburger; and his siblings, Merlin, Dean, Donald, Clayton, Joe, Mardell Kenagy, Verna Heiser and Darlene Limberg.
He is survived by: his children, David J. Augsburger, Barbara Kalkwarf (David), Teresa Ulrich (Neil), Sheila Zehr (Kyle) and Alpha; his grandchildren, Dave Augsburger (Christine), Lisa Bischler (Joe), Joe Augsburger (Nikki), Michael Kalkwarf (Niki), Anna Buckmaster (Dow), Nathan Ulrich, Jacob Ulrich, Leah Souder (Grant), Silas Ulrich, Sarah Mosier (Jeremy), Dan Zehr, Tim Zehr and Krissy Martin (Matt); and his sister Florence Bryant. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great -grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to Illinois Veteran's Home in LaSalle or to the Flanagan Christian Church.
