She is survived by: her husband John A Hazelbaker; her sons, CJ Bailey of Mahomet, IL and Joshua Bailey of Danville, IL.; her stepchildren, Greg Adkins of State Line, IN, Kristi Hazelbaker of Indianola, IL, Kelly Miller of Fithian, IL and Joshua Hazelbaker; and her sisters, Sue Davis (Glenn), Ann Hance of Danville, IL, Kimberly Bradfield (Timothy) of Danville, IL and Michelle McLaughlin of Philo, IL.
