He was predeceased by: his father Norland Kinney; and his stepfather Clarence Woodard. He is survived by: his mother Lucy Woodard of Oakwood; his daughter Kristian Bray (Michael); and his brothers, Norland Kinney Jr. (Luann) and Tim Kinney (Sue).
