It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Jones of Fithian, Illinois, who passed away on October 24, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Jones and Mabel Jones (Hatfield); his son Bradley; and his siblings, Richard Jones, Maxine Collum and Donna Clay.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Jones of Fithian; his daughter Brenda Hafner (Vern Mayberry) of Oakwood, IL; his sisters, Doris Danner of Homer, IL and Barb Parr of Oakwood, IL; his grandchildren, Brendan Hafner (Chelsi) of Danville, IL, Brianne Hafner of Oakwood, IL, Nathan Mayberry of Bartow, FL and Josh Mayberry of New River, NC; and his great grandchildren, Becca Hafner and Landonn Mayberry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
It is kindly requested that those in attendance of the visitation or service wear a mask and practice social distancing.
Memorials may be made in Charles' memory to the Muncie Baptist Church or a charity of the donor's choice.
