She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruben Pate and Sara Pate (Lewis); her husband Thomas Burke; and her siblings, Thomas and Jane Taylor.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joan Marie Krigbaum of Parker, TX, Beth Puzey (Timothy) of Fithian and Melissa Paris of Catlin; her grandchildren, Charles Krigbaum (Joel Price), Emily Stuckey (Andy), Holly Paris (Casey Mester), Nick Paris and Jin Zhang; and her great grandchild Isabella Stuckey.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be given to the Muncie Baptist Church in Muncie, IL or the American Cancer Association.
