He is survived by: his father Gene Bazzell; his wife LeAnn Coleman of Fisher, IL; his children, Christa Moore of Fisher, IL, Shanna Swanson (Kevin) of Bloomington, IL and Eric Bazzell (Shanda) of St. Louis, MO; his grandchildren, Alexis Moore of Fisher, IL, Tyler Moore of Fisher, IL, Kaydence Swanson of Bloomington, IL and Aaron Wann of St. Louis, MO; and his siblings, Steve Bazzell (Karen), Jeanne Fisher, Rodney Bazzell and Jane Sue Bazzell.
