She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lincoln and Bessie Mary Cutler (Christy); her husband Charles Eugene "Gene" Arthur; her son Larry Arthur; her siblings, William Cutler (Opal), Lindy Cutler, Russell Cutler (Jean), James Cutler, Ruby Johnston (Paul) and Opal Russell (Arnold); and her brother-in-law Jack Robison.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Arthur (Nicki) of Findlay, IL, Jerry Arthur (Penny) of Sullivan, IL and Gina Arthur (Frank Holley, Jr.) of Findlay, IL; her daughter-in-law Susan Arthur of Findlay, IL; her sister Eloise Robison of Shelbyville, IL; her grandchildren, Jerame Arthur, Avery Arthur, Rory Arthur (Savannah), Rhett Arthur, Brandon Arthur (Leah), Kris Arthur (Megan), Sarah Hart (Wes), Brittny Rhodes (John), Katie Coventry, Adam Isley (Jessica), Evan Isley (Kelsey), Shane Peace and Brett Peace; her great grandchildren, Jackson Arthur, Stella Arthur, Laken Arthur, Addison Arthur, Benjamin Isley, Holly Isley and Rowan Isley; and her friends, Brenda Malcom and Mendy Campbell.
Memorials may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
