With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harold D. Heinz (Findlay, Illinois), born in Argenta, Illinois, who passed away on October 27, 2018 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Emerson W. Heinz and Stella I. Heinz (McCarty); and his siblings, Elwood, Gilbert, Forrest, Max, Avis Heinz and Doris Howe.

He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Lori Holmes (Clarence, Jr.) of Shelbyville, IL, Lana Holmes (Clint Massey) of Findlay, IL and David Heinz (Kristin) of Windsor, IL; his grandchildren, Chris Holmes (Crystal), Brandon Holmes, Autumn Holmes, Nathan Holmes (Jessica) and Oliver Heinz; and his great grandchild Logan Holmes. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
