He was predeceased by: his parents, Walker Underwood and Belva Underwood (Burress); his siblings, Donald, Charles, Larry, Terry Underwood, Doris Peters, Margie Scott and Sandy Brown; and his pet Merle.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Underwood (Cindy) and April Suarez; his grandchildren, Bailey, Ethan, Lexie, Jessica (Alex) and T. J.; and his great grandchildren, Atticus, Gatlin, Lincoln, Jace and Brooklyn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
