He is survived by: his wife Nancy C. Maycroft; his son Daniel Gene Jeffries of Shelbyville, IL; his stepdaughters, Heidi Cole (Brad) of Sullivan, IL and Gretchen Wise of Findlay, IL; his granddaughter Freyja Jeffries of Shelbyville, IL; his stepgrandchildren, Ashley Bishop of Sullivan, IL, Ryan Cole of Sullivan, IL, Andrew Cole of Sullivan, IL, Zach Martin of Mattoon, IL, Rebecca Estell of Findlay, IL and Emily Wise of Findlay, IL; and his siblings, Jerry Jeffries, Dennis Jeffries, Lester Jeffries, Erma Byrd and Fay Burks. He is also survived by 17 step-great grandchildren.
