He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter E Bingaman and LeNora Bingaman (Ruot); and his sister Joyce Miles. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl K. (Jenkins); his daughters, Terri Crooker of Findlay, IL, Tara Fliege (Ed) of Geneseo, IL and Tanya Brown of Dalton City, IL; his grandchildren, Bret, Britley, Brook, Noah, Jacie, Hayley, Darien, Jr., Katie, Ben, Jacob and Isabella; his great grandchildren, Miles, Emily, Sophira, Ariabella and Nova; and his siblings, Wally Bingaman and Cheryl Dobbs. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
David & Cheryl would write letters to their neighbors and family before and during the pandemic to encourage them and give them some hope through these rough times.
