She is survived by: her husband Ross "Dean" Hancock; her children, Shannon Maddaleno (Josh) of Hillsboro, IL and Amanda Chumley (John) of Chapman, IL; her grandchildren, Ethan, Carsen, Avery and Emeri; and her brothers, John Mentz and Rodger Mentz.
Memorials may be given to the Leukodystrophy Association.
