He is survived by: his wife Judy Stout of Fillmore, IL; his daughters, Norma Morgan of Herrick, IL, Natalie Stout of Greenville, IL and Nancy Stites of Fillmore, IL; and his siblings, David Stout (Diana), Florence Keay of Plano, IL and Veda Stout of Ramsey, IL. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren; 7 - Great Grandchildren.
