She is survived by: her mother Eula Mae Stephens-Haslett (Langley) of Saint Elmo, IL; her husband Gary Forbus of Fillmore, IL; her children, Melanie Banal, Stephanie Forbus (Aaron Forbus), Seth Forbus (Libby Forbus) and Amy Forbus of Ramsey, IL; and her brother Arthur Stephens (Malia). She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren; and 5 Great Grandchildren.
