He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Webb and Leda Webb (Cates); his siblings, Jessie, William Webb and Frances; and his stepsiblings, Phillip, Raymond, James, Michael, Cecil Tangman, Patricia Tangman, Lisa Tangman and Virginia Booth.
He is survived by: his wife Carol DeGerlia; his sons, Gene Oliver and David Webb of Hannibal, Missouri; his sister Mary; his brother-in-law Jake Snelson of La Harpe, Illinois; and his stepsisters, Margaret Sharrow of Quincy and Cecelia Sharrow of Palmyra.
In lieu of flowers or plants, memorials may be given to Fieldon Baptist Church Food Pantry.
