She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Brooks and Melba Brooks (Fritz); her husband Raymond Louis Hagen; her daughter-in-law Lorna Hagen; her parents-in-law, Louis John and Thelma Hagen (Seago); and her siblings-in-law, Thelma Marie, Edwin Sauerwein, Herbert John and Janice Hagen.
She is survived by: her sons, Rick Hagen of Fieldon, Ron (Malea Hagen) of Fieldon and Randy Hagen of Saint Louis, Missouri.; her granddaughters, Lindsey Becker (Tim) of Jerseyville, Jana Brooks (Luke) of Springfield and Mindy Schulte (Geoff) of Fieldon; her great grandchildren, Bryce, Carson Becker, Rowan, Blair Brooks and Lily Rae Schulte; her sister Joann; and her brother-in-law Duey Skinner of Jerseyville.
In lieu of flowers or plants, memorials may be given to the Fieldon United Church of Christ, reflecting her lifelong dedication to her faith and community.
