She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond L. Lammy and Rhoda Marie Lammy (Booth); her husband Herbert J. Hagen; her siblings, John L. Lammy, Fred R. Lammy and Mary Dolres Jilek; her siblings-in-law, Thelma Marie Hagen Sauerwein, Patricia Lammy, Raymond L. Hagen, Edwin Sauerwein, Herbert Jilek and Bernard Tonsor; her son-in-law Michael Clark; and her parents-in-law, Louis J. and Thelma Hagen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janice, Teena Clark of Imperial, Missouri, Tammy Duggan (John) of Fieldon and Debra A. Grasle (David) of Jerseyville; her grandchildren, Brandon Wittman (Melissa), Chad Wittman (Samantha), John Louis Duggan (Lindsey), Elizabeth Duggan, Christina McElyea (Christopher), Matthew Grasle (Jessica), Curtis Grasle (Jessie) and Brett Grasle (Stephanie); her great grandchildren, Haley, Dayton, Peyton, Koltyn, Bayley, Cami, Ezra, Gabriel, Adam, Stephen, Eden, Mattelyn, Emmalee, Trevor, Maverick, Daxton, Bentley and Paisley; her sister Bernadine Tonsor; and her sister-in-law Sharon Hagen. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins and lifelong friends.
Memorials may be given to Fieldon United Church of Christ, Jerseyville F.F.A. or to Jersey County 4-H.
