He was predeceased by: his father Bill Baze; his grandparents, Virgil and Wanda Wallace; and his uncle Dennis Wallace. He is survived by: his mother Patti Wallace; his children, Reese and Rivver Wallace; his brothers, David Wallace and Kyle Wallace; his aunt Rosie Wallace; his niece Kendra Wallace; and his girlfriend Amber Green. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
