He is survived by: his parents, William Ray "Bill" and Barbara L. Ellefritz Sloop; his son Kevin Oliver of LaHarpe; his grandmother Elizabeth Doyle of Ferris; and his sisters, Amy Nye (Chance) of Keokuk and Rachel McHugh (C. J.) of Buffalo.
