She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenwood Smiddy and Pearl Smiddy (Walbring); her brother Gary Smiddy; and her nieces and nephews, Glen Smiddy, Andy Matthews, Deanna Aikman and Angie Smiddy.
She is survived by: her husband James Schaller of Ferris; her sons, Shad Schaller (Pamela) of Ferris and Seth Schaller (Dina) of Ferris; her grandchildren, Joshua, Kristine, Megan, Elizabeth (Carson McKee), Isabel and Olivia Schaller; her great grandchildren, Rylie Baucom and Ellison McKee; her siblings, Max Smiddy (Thelma) of Macomb, Carolyn Hanson of Carthage and Joyce Milby (Mick) of Ottumwa, Iowa; and her close friend Bonnie Cox. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
