He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary Alice (Sprague); his parents, Julian Kauzlarich and Betty Kauzlarich (Stockman); his daughter Jessica Slater (Daniel) of Farmington; his grandchildren, Scarlett and Sebastian Slater; his stepdaughter Heather Cupples (Kevin) of Missouri; his stepgranddaughters, Malloree Hedrick of Iowa, Rylee Cupples of Iowa and Kallee Cupples (Coty) of Iowa; and his grandparents, Tony and Olga Kauzlarich. He was also cherished by his daughter and her friends.
