He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry R. Horstman and Agnes B. Horstman (Wallace); and his wife Patricia Sheridan. He is survived by: his children, Robert D. Horstman (Cherie) of Dunlap and Lori J. Horstman of Peoria. He is also survived by one granddaughter; two great-granddaughters; and one sister.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of donor's choice.
