He is survived by: his wife Sharon M Caughey (Smith); his daughter Theresa Johnson (Boyd); and his grandsons, Doug Johnson (Emily) of Peoria Tim, Tyler, Austin, Skyler, Jon, Andrew of Farmington, Evalynn Anne and Brooke.
