He is survived by: his wife Sally Martin; his children, Holly Shideman of Farmington, Brooke Thurman (Jason) of Farmington, Larry Shideman (Angie) of Elmwood, Julie Wagner (Dave) of Elmwood and Jackie Harms (Tim) of Elmwood; his stepmother Betty Montgomery (Meade) of Peoria; and his father-in-law Kenny Martin of Farmington. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
