She was predeceased by: her mothers, Carol Hebel and Mary Hebel (Downey); her daughter Judy; her great grandchild Luke; her husband Charles E Giacabazi; and her brother Gerald.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Driscoll (Tim) of Peoria, Mike Giacabazi (Dawn) of Canton and Angela Freyre (Jorge) of Farmington; her grandchildren, Monica Robotham, Vincent Giacabazi S. J., Joseph Driscoll, Nicholas Price, Anthony, Katherine and Andrew Giacabazi; her great grandchildren, Sebastien, Owen Robotham and Lilly Whittaker; and her daughter-in-law Nora O'Neill of Peoria.
