It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Gisela Schuman of Farmington, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 89, on July 20, 2022. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Heinrich Schwarz and Susanna Schwarz (Sieber); her husband Hubert Schuman; and her sisters, Lore Stammler and Anneliese Nollert.
She is survived by: her sister Inge Kappings (Germany) of Heidelberg; and her children, Dale Schuman (Cynthia) of Colorado Springs, CO, Susan Carroll (Robert) of Peoria, IL, Mike Schuman of Grayslake, IL and Ken Schuman (Michele) of Geneva, IL. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Over the years, she used these talents in various charitable endeavors like making pillows and small blankets for her American Sewing Guild local chapter's donation campaigns and reworking masks for OSF at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Memorials may be made to the Farmington Rescue Squad.
