He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sr. Balagna and Alice Balagna (Ashton); his former wife Mary Louise Savill; and his siblings, Delbert Balagna, Threasa Sprague, Bea Jacobus and Charlotte Davison.
He is survived by: his wife Harriet Clauson (Wilkinson); his children, Kathy Connor (Mike) of Amarillo, Crystal Gomes (Darrel) of Farmington, Kenny Balagna (Sherill) of Farmington and Keith Balagna (Cindy) of Farmington; his siblings, Jean Riccioni of Farmington and Chuck Balagna (Joyce) of Farmington; and his sister-in-law Shirley Hogan of Springfield, OH.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
