With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edith E. Richards of Farmington, Illinois, who passed away on June 18, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence McAlister and Clara "Birdie" McAlister (McMeen); and her siblings, Everett McAlister, Eleanor Zessin, Pearl Roberson and Zella Schoaf.
She is survived by: her husband James E. Richards; her children, Michael Richards (Raelynn) of Jefferson City, MO, Ronald Richards (Deb) of Pekin, IL, William Richards (Beth) of Canton, IL and Janet Jordan of Peoria, IL; and her sister Dorothy Isabell of Farmington, IL. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; several step-grandchildren.
