Watters of Farmington, Illinois, born in Canton, Illinois, who passed away on February 19, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dick Elliott and Ruth Elliott (Earhart); and her husband Neal L. Watters. She is survived by: her daughters, Chris McMaster (late Fred) of Farmington and Cinda Ohl (Chris) of Orlando; her grandchildren, Jami Crawford (Richard), Ryan McMaster (Heather), Lynsey Vermillion (Ben), Alex Ohl (Angela) and Kelci Ohl; her great grandchildren, Jace, Landon Crawford, Haven, Aniston McMaster, Presley, Easton, Maddox, Trace Vermillion and Luca Ohl; and her sister Donna Blust of North Carolina.
