She was predeceased by: her parents, Garth Wilcox and Beverly Wilcox (Johnson); her daughter Kory Louise; her stepson Timothy Black; and her brothers, Neal and Kevin Wilcox.
She is survived by: her former husband Jack Cruise; her husband James "Jim" Black; her stepdaughter Lynette Lindsey (James) of Peoria; and her siblings, Penny, Hoopie Wilcox of Bryant, Tobie Wilcox (Mary Jo) of Canton and Willie Joe Wilcox (Martha) of Farmington.
