He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyril A. and Mary L. Stobaugh Sr. (Boldys); his wife Norma Jeanne Paine; his son James; and his brother Jack Stobaugh.
He is survived by: his children, Michael A. Stobaugh of Bartonville and Patricia St. Tourangeau of Corvallis, MT. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
