It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Sue Duley of Farmington, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on October 23, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Richard "Dick"; and her brother Jimmy Westerby. She is survived by: her mother Helen Westerby (Collins); her husband Robert Duley; her sisters, Kelly Westerby of Peoria, Joanna Shearer of Lincoln, Stacey Strange (Ken) of East Peoria and Andrea Craft (Brett) of Pekin; her children, Craig Duley (Tammy) of Maquon and Shannon Duley of San Diego, CA; and her grandchildren, Gracie, Ellie, Landry and Iselle.
Memorials may be made to the Farmers Closet in Farmington, Illinois Cancer Care Foundation, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
