He is survived by: his wife Lois Guthals of Farmersville, IL; his sons, Allen George Guthals of Waggoner, IL and Danny Joe Guthals of Girard, IL; his stepchildren, Christopher Caudle (Tiffani) of Springfield, IL, Gerald Knuth of Springfield, IL and Ginger Knuth of Farmersville, IL; and his sister Janet Bertolis (Al) of Decatur, IL. He is also survived by niece and nephew.
