He was predeceased by: his parents, William Murphy and Kathryn Murphy (Langen). He is survived by: his former wife Mildred Weitekamp; his children, William D. (Marilyn), Edward F. (Diane), Donald J. (Diane) and Karen Manson (Wayne); and his grandchildren, Lisa Murphy, Kristina House, Courtney Murphy, Carla Mudd, Kendra Pirk, Jonathan Manson, Katie Cervi, Kevin Murphy and Lauren Crocks. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
