He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Fuchs and Anna Doht Fuchs; his wife Earlene Moody; his sister Elva Thompson; his son-in-law Rex Truebe; his children, Dean Fuchs (Mary Jane), Cheryl Riney (Roger) and Kim Getchel (Bill); his grandchildren, Carrie Buchannan (Matt), Greta Frankel (Jered), Kristy Hammann (Greg), Shannon Swierczek (Brian), Ben Truebe (April), Kelly Brown (Dustin), Jerrod Fuchs (Emily), Adam Truebe (Annie) and Ashton Fuchs; his sister Mildred Brockmeyer; and his brother-in-law Tom Thompson. He was also cherished by fifteen great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church (LCMS) or the Farmersville Library.
