He is survived by: his wife Phyllis R. Birch; his children, Kenneth A. Birch of Oak Creek, WI, Kathy S. Birch of Clinton, IL, Karen L. Lee of Harrison, AR, Kristie J. Birch of Farmer City, IL, Keith J. Birch (Eileen) of Grants Pass, OR and Kevin W. Birch (Kim) of Westerville, OH; and his sisters, LaRee Birch Birrell (Robert) and Merle Birch Pace (Sharon). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
If attending in person, social distancing will be maintained and facial coverings are required.
