He is survived by: his wife Linda Roth of Farmer City, Illinois; his sons, Christopher Roth of Champaign, Scott Holoch of Mansfield, Kevin Holoch (Maria) of Pembroke Pines and Tracey Holoch (Londa) of Le Roy, Illinois; and his grandchildren, Dustin, Jacob, Wyatt, Tanner, Cassidy, Isaac and Josie.
