She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Cleveland and Edith Pendleton (Morling); her husband Dale Welch; her siblings, Raymond, Helen, Mary, Betty, Corline, Ruth and Carol; her children, Barry Welch and Yvonne; and her grandson Jeff Cole (Tammy).
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Cole and Michael Welch (Elsie); her daughter-in-law Laura Welch; her grandchildren, Lisa Cole, Lori Ann Lockyear (Ken), Michelle Dixon (Jeff), Angie Welch, Tammy Welch, Michael Welch Jr. and Ferris Hosier; and her brother Maurice Pendleton (Mary Jane). She is also survived by great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and close friends.
