She is survived by: her son Robert Chapman (Sherry) of Clinton, Illinois; her stepchildren, Randy Whitehouse (Cathy), Robert Whitehouse (Rita) and Theresa Swango (Max); her grandchildren, Megan DeFazio (Tony) and Matthew Chapman; her stepgrandchildren, Zach Whitehouse, Brady Whitehouse (Emily), Dustin Whitehouse (Caroline) and Breanna Ward (Cody); and her great grandchildren, Laila DeFazio, Gigi DeFazio, Vinny DeFazio and Ehvi Chapman.
