We are sad to announce that on May 9, 2019, at the age of 98, Elna Skinner (Farmer City, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Dummer and Effie Dummer (Farr); and her siblings, Marjorie Gustafson (Charles), Veda DeCourcey (Matt) and Wendell Dummer (Ruth).
She is survived by: her husband Harry Jay Skinner; her daughters, Reva Ann Moore of Rolling Meadows, IL, Karen Heinrich of Champaign, IL and Crystal Heinrich (Ray) of Champaign, IL; her grandchildren, Michael Moore (Marcy) of Pembroke Pines, FL, Brian Moore (Ginger) of Oak Point, TX, Mark Heinrich (Angie) of Robins, IA, Kevin Heinrich of Murrieta, CA, Jeff Heinrich (Kristin) of Janesville, WI and Nicole Heinrich; her great grandchildren, T. J. Moore (Cristie) of Boynton Beach, FL, Megan, Jacob Heinrich of Robins, IA, Isaac and Harry Heinrich of Janesville, WI; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Chase Lovell (Jess) and Lauren Franco (Tyler); and her siblings, Donna Dietrich (Bob) of Mt. Morris, IL and Wayne Dummer (Janet) of Lindenwood, IL.
Memorials may be made to the Rochelle Methodist Church in memory of Harry and Elna Skinner.
